In one episode, two boys (Sheldon and Georgie) get punches in the face by two girls (Missy and Veronica) at the same time. The action takes place offscreen. Only punches are heard and bruises on their faces are seen afterwards.
In Season 6 Georgie helps his mom peel a potato and cuts himself some blood is shown on the potato.
The church hosts a Halloween event called Hell House, which shows people on screen killing each other with blood shown. However, the blood looks completely unrealistic.
