All six of the main characters prick their fingers on spikes that are on the box as a way of unlocking it. Some blood is seen on the fingers. Shortly thereafter an item from the box burns a man's hand.

A man gets tased by a woman but the supernatural entity accelerates the electricity and he is electrocuted to death.
A woman punches a man. Another woman comes and stabs her in the back.
A man slits his own throat. Some blood is seen from the wound.
A woman is taken into a mirror and the mirror shatters, killing her.
A woman stabs a man in the neck with a pair of scissors.
