When people are shot there are blood sprays.
The EMT has to remove the injured policeman's spleen to save his life. She is seen opening his abdomen, pulling his spleen out, then grabbing the bullet and attempting to remove it as his spleen bursts and a shot of blood goes into her face. This entire scene is graphic, with copious amounts of blood everywhere, and is very disturbing and hard to watch.
