Phaedra Starmans

On October 23rd 2015 Phaedra's dream to be an actress came true thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Lucille Werner Foundation. She was asked to play a minor part in the Dutch TV-series Cap's Club and she had a great recording day thanks to all the cast and crew members.
