Noelle Ramsay

Noelle Ramsay was born in Broward County, Florida. Throughout her youth she was exposed to different forms of the arts, ultimately favoring the performing arts. She secured her goal of becoming an actress at the age of 15 when a casting director recommended her to a management company. She was later signed. Noelle studied theater and film throughout high school. She moved to New York City at 18 to continue to pursue acting.
