Collie Jay Simmons Jr was born in Los Angeles, California, the son of Yolanda And Collie Simmons, a probation officer. Growing up in Fontana, California, Collie participated in many sports. For high school he attended Etiwanda High. After graduating, Collie was offered an opportunity to participate in a photo shoot, which lit the flame he has now for modeling and acting.
