Ryan Canney is a Philadelphia-based writer, director, and actor whose body of work includes short narrative and documentary film as well as performance videos.
A graduate of Temple University and trained in the Sanford Meisner technique.
In 2014 Ryan was cast as the lead in the horror / adventure City of Ticks (2018) shot on location for 10 days in the jungles of Guatemala.
In 2015 Ryan began developing his latest work When the Tide Turns (2018) based on his own experiences chasing the "Hollywood Dream".
