Teofil Vâlcu

Teofil Vâlcu was born on December 30, 1931 in Botosani, Romania. He was an actor, known for Serenade for the 12th Floor (1976), Misterele Bucurestilor (1983) and Vis de ianuarie (1978). He died on October 1, 1993.
