Texas native and Los Angeles-based Makeup Artist, Jacqueline 'Jax' Fernandez previously worked on director Steve McQueen's feature film, Widows (2018), as actress Michelle Rodriguez' Personal Makeup Artist. She most recently worked as Ms Rodriguez' Personal Makeup Artist on, F9 (2021), directed by Justin Lin. Ms Rodriguez and Fernandez are working on Dungeons & Dragons (2023).
Fernandez has worked with director Terrence Malick on two of his films and collaborated with Malick on character looks for additional photography.
Actress Electra Avellan is her Producer for a television series in development, HTown. She has a second series in development, Tejano, with Producer Kristy Hamer. In 2005, Jacqueline launched BleachOnline.Com, a fine arts magazine she ran for over a decade in Austin, Texas.
She has one daughter, Chloe Tweedy, a photographer and college student. Jacqueline Fernandez resides between Los Angeles and London with her fiancé.
