Gareth James is a Welsh/Australian Writer, Actor, Director, Producer and Academic. He has written, produced and directed multiple short films in a variety of genres, most notably his 2007 Feminist Horror film Victoria and his 2018 screwball Comedy A Very Odd Engagement. He has also dabbled in TV/Web series, and is the architect of the internationally acclaimed series It's A Hard Goth Life.
In front of the camera, he has had small supporting and cameo roles in a variety of shows, shorts films, television commercials, music videos and feature films.
