Derrick Haywood is an actor and director, known for Black Lightning (2018), Atlanta (2016) and Bobcat Goldthwait's Misfits & Monsters (2018). Derrick is also an author, speaker, and educator. His mission is to help others manifest their potential through creative art and education. Although he is a professional actor, he serves as an Instructor at several universities in which he teaches courses on Leadership, Management, Organizational Behavior, and Supply Chain. He was born and raised in Mitchell County, Georgia.
