Steve Grigdesby is a screenwriter and director originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ball State University, then served active duty in the United States Air Force before completing a Master of Fine Arts at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, California. An alumnus of the Writers Guild Foundation's Veterans Writing Program, he spent a year developing his craft under the mentorship of various showrunners, producers, and staff writers. Steve's work is a direct reflection of his life and experiences, often thematically exploring fatherhood, masculinity, and identity.
