Julia Beney

Julia Beney is an indie-filmmaker from Ontario, Canada with a love of genre films. Julia fell in love with filmmaking at an early age, telling stories and making films with her friends and siblings while in school. After graduating from University, Julia worked in the Toronto independent industry in various roles while working on her first film. Julia is known for A Girl, A Boy, A Penny and a Very, Very, Very Long Road (2019) and The Uncanny Valley (2021).
