In Episode 10, two girls are seen taking a bath at night and some of their cleavage is visible. One of the girls stands up, and a silhouette of her breasts can be seen.

Some violence between large androids called Legion and mechs that are piloted by people called Processors. Violence involves heavy artillery fire and explosions, as well as brute metal-on-metal clashing. Processors die offscreen in explosions or are seen suffering visible injuries (with little blood) inside their cockpits as they are thrashed around.

In a flashback, it is implied that a Legion rips open the cockpit of a damaged mech and decapitates the Processor inside, though, this is never clearly shown.

A Processor is shown performing mercy kills on several of his fatally wounded comrades by shooting them in the head. The act itself isn't shown, but the corpse and bloody aftereffects are.

Infrequent spoken profanity in the English subtitles, including uses of "d*mn" and "sh**". The word "F**kin'" is seen written on a chalkboard a couple of times, but the F-word is never actually spoken (at least not according to the English subtitles).

This show deals with very heavy and mature themes, including racism, segregation, war, genocide, suicide, among others.

On several occasions, we hear the last words and dying voices of Processors that were recorded seconds before they died. These include phrases such as, "Mom!" "I don't want to die," and cries of pain and agony. This may be disturbing for some. One of the main characters is said to hear these dying voices in his head 24/7. It is implied that they disrupt his sleep.

Some brutally violent acts are referenced in dialogue. but aren't actually shown. For example, it is said that one of the Handlers (people who command the Processors and who can also hear the aforementioned dying voices) committed suicide by "blowing his brains out with a shotgun". A Processor describes seeing his comrades getting killed by Legion before his very eyes, including seeing one of them get his "stomach ripped open with the guts hanging out".
