In a couple scenes in the first episode, a character talks about breasts, and how he would like to draw them. Then the art teacher describes it with "How soft they are, or big or how they jiggle."

A character paints a simplistic drawing of breasts (little more than a rough torso set with two circles with dots in the middle of them). He holds it up in the background and announces he's finished painting boobs.

A male character looks and dresses like a woman. He wears boys' top and miniskirt.
