Star Trek: Natures Hunger (2010)

In this Star Trek Nature Hunger Episode, Cadet Dorothy Gale stops by the Starfleet Canine Corps to check on her application to enlist Toto into its ranks. She gets a rude awakening to discover that Toto has been rejected by Starfleet. However, Dorothy is not one to take no for an answer and must justify her case.
