Main character distributes drugs (pills). They are transported from Canada hidden in cars he sells in his caryard. You also see the group making the drugs.

A young man overdoses on fentanyl

The show depicts effects of PTSD, as well as crime-related activities and deaths / dead bodies. It might be disturbing for younger audiences (pre-teen).
