The show is about a drug addict who was sexually abused by his father as a boy. Only insinuated and not shown.

The main character is a drug addict and takes a variety of drugs quite frequently. Heroine use is most prevalent, but also contains Cocaine and other hard drugs. Other characters are also displayed taking and whilst intoxicated by a series of drugs. Alcohol abuse is also prevalent.
