The show contains a lot of HIGHLY emotional scenes, such as characters dying, and depending on how you feel about them, their deaths are very tear-jerking.

Some of the flashback scenes featuring Olivia Baker's (Samantha Logan) past as an addict can be upsetting for those who may have had a similar past. One scene in particular that may be triggering and intense for that group of people features Olivia's near-death flashback, as her family is seen in distress trying to help her regain consciousness.
