An old lady is horrifically run over by a car. The scene is very intense and the impact is "felt" with violent thumping sound as well as visual images of the stuntperson being hit and falling down on the ground. It is, perhaps, the most distressing and violent scene in the entire series.

The curse words "Damn" and "Hell" are occasionally used in this series.

An angel helplessly witnesses a woman in a wheelchair being thrown from up the stairs all the way down. The woman screams hysterically. So does the angel.
