In Neighbours: Endgame (March 2020) A character hits another on the head with a rock, twice. We see a huge gash on his forehead moments later. A character is shot and killed by an arrow. (Not so much blood) A character pushes another inside a mineshaft and she is hurt. Another gets bitten by a snake. Also, another one gets blown up in a car. (We only see the outside of the car being blown up)
Most violence is implied or portrayed in such a manner that the impact is depicted off-screen. When shootings occur, characters are generally shot off-screen and/or their upper bodies are depicted as they are shot. Limited blood may be visible in the aftermath of the shooting.
Hand-to-hand altercations do not depict much in the way of detail, and punches are generally depicted in an unrealistic fashion. Bruises and other injuries may be depicted in limited detail in subsequent scenes.
Characters are occasionally threatened by others, and there are infrequent cliffhanger episodes in which a character's life is in mortal danger, usually resulting in the death of a major character.
Also contains some medical procedures, with no surgical detail (defibrillators are often used in such scenes).
Issues concerning sexual violence are only very discreetly implied, and terms such as "rape" are not used.
