In one scene, Rei Nanto Seikens Mamiya's clothes to shreds to expose her breasts. This is to imply the weakness of women in a filler episode. Attempts of rape are common in filler episodes.

Lots of blood, but almost all of it is cleverly censored (turned into black/blue). The protagonist Kenshiro strikes his enemy's pressure points to make their bodies explode from inside, also destroying and collapsing their muscles. Much of the violence is comedic and satisfying, though.

Some thugs often drink alcohol

Though the violence isn't graphic, it's realistic and lots of innocents die. The main character is also an antihero.

The style may be too intense and depressing for some.
