Some stories do involve the dangers of alcohol and drugs. However this show is fully intended to show the negative consequences of abusing these items, not to glorify them in any manner.

Some scene of tragedy events could get upsetting, frightening, intense, and emotional to some viewers especially for those who witless it.

The show does feature a number of people (including children) in frightening, dangerous situations. However the stories generally have "happy endings" and most victims are able to recover and move on with their lives.

Occasionally a story will end in tragedy and a person or persons will pass away (these episodes are not common but do exist., the majority of the episodes end positively.)
