In the opening of episode three about three or four men are seen completely naked riding their horses, from the side, and some from the backside, exposing some of their buttocks. One is riding towards the camera and we see his penis for a few seconds. The reason given that they are naked is because they didnt have any dry clothes to spare.

A man threatens to rape a woman and gets on top of her. They both are fully clothed.

A man is seen laying in a river without a shirt and is naked (understood by his joking comment later). However, in the end, nothing is seen in the water below the chest.

Some characters talk about whores/sex, or have been whores in the past. One character frequently uses the term "poke" as a euphemism for sexual intercourse.

In one scene some eager young men go to a whorehouse and it is implied that they are paying for sex. One woman playfully slaps a man on the rear, but no sex is shown on screen and the act itself is only implied.

Many cowboys and Indians are shoot with large amounts of blood.

This is a western, so there are lots of gun battles and shootouts. Some are rather bloody. Scenes show Indians scapling people. Two men are hanged and their bodies set afire while still hanging. Dead bodies are shown in the aftermath of an Indian attack.

One use in final episode of g-ddamn but is said in a manor of gd your pride.

This is a TV Mini-series so the profanity is pretty mild. Hell, Damn, Son-of-a-Bitch, etc.

The term "whore" is used frequently throughout.
