"Hell", "damn" and religion exclamations are usually said.

There are instances of smoking and drinking alcohol and liquor. Drugs are acknowledged and possibly shown onscreen which is surprising due to this show premiered in the late 1960s, making this one of the first TV shows to acknowledge the existence of drugs.

Considering this is a crime show/police procedural, there are lot of sad and frightening moments.
