Gotita de amor (1998)

Six-year-old Isabel escapes from an orphanage to search for the man she believes is her father. All she has to go by is a fake birth certificate (forged by two other girls). She is found by a poor young man--who happens to be the man on the fake certificate. As their relationship steadily grows into a father/daughter one, some would rather see them torn apart. Also, a young woman from a wealthy family, whose daughter was taken from her immediately after birth, comes searching, meets with Isabel's 'father' and eventually guesses the truth about Isabel's past.
