Lots of kissing, no nudity but the story is about a girl who gets HIV from a dude.

Not a very violent movie but has some fights, some scenes of high school violence, and some characters committing stuff like "attempted suicide," or "drug overdose."

Its in Japanese but stuff like "damn, hell" are used. Maybe a few more but once again it is in Japanese.

Lost of drinking and smoking, one scene early on in the series shows some men attempting to drug a girl at a bar.

Some scenes of characters attempting suicide, as well as a lot of character going through severe depression may offset some viewers.
