Language on BBFF is surprisingly mild, but there's lots of name calling and insults at times.

Some stories having drinking and/or smoking. No drugs from what I remember except maybe few mention of drug dealers.

Lots of stories are intense. People die in shocking ways. People yell and shout. People are usually having a tough life. It's usually not gruesome but the tone is intense.
