Other than surgery, none.

Surgery involves looking at some disgusting gore, blood and parts of bodies.

Occasionally staff are seen visiting a local bar that serves alcoholic drinks and some are seen consuming alcohol.

Sometimes patients (on the odd occasion a staff member) may have been abusing drugs (prescribed or otherwise)

Rarely a character may be seen smoking (does not take place in the hospital building).

Some of the staff take medications for medical conditions (including mental illnesses such as depression and bipolar). Patients are also given medications for medical reasons.

Sometimes patients die and staff may be seen getting upset.
