The series revolves around armed or hand-to-hand combat between the titular robots. Usually the characters are not seen to be too heavily damaged, merely sustaining enough to be effectively knocked unconscious. However, some of the battle sequences are more intense, with the Medabots being depicted in physical or emotional pain. No analogues of blood are present.

As mentioned in the violence and gore section, some of the battles between Medabots get particularly intense and emotional. In several episodes Medabots intentionally or insanely threaten each other or human beings with harm.
