One particular episode shows dealing with cigarette. It does show quite briefly of how smoking affects the main boy.

Like the movie Osmosis Jones the main show takes particularly place inside a human boy's body and how white cells plus medicine helps him to feel good and avoid terrible diseases.

Some people with weak stomachs should be warned if they don't like the anatomy of the human body, however it is for the most of it animated.
