Oscar Charlie (2001)

Young Charlie Spinner discovers that his boring old grandfather, Oscar, is in fact a senior secret agent working for British Intelligence. Charlie slowly becomes embroiled in Oscar's latest case trying to prove that the international spy Semion Medvedev is about to pull off a major bank raid in the city of London.
