In terms of sex, there is none.

In terms of nuidity, the closest you'll find is a shirtless Horatio in Version 2, Episode 3. Nothing past that.

There is some innuendo, most prominent in a "To Catch a Predator" parody, in Version 3, Episode 1.

As for sexual situations, its not a prominent place in the series to be overtly sexual, instead focusing emphasis on the story line and skits. In some skits (such as "Sonic the Hedgehog"), an onlooker will say innuendo, but it is not considered canon for the series, as these portions are not reflective of TD Philostrate Productions, but instead the opinions of these few, therefore not having any impact on the main story line, except a quip from either Rocko, Derek or Sean exiting the Mega64.

There are many violent moments, but here are some of the more noteworthy/violent ones:

In Version 1, Episode 2, Rocko and Derek tazer Marcus.

In Version 1, Episode 3, Rocko & Derek beat up Trigger Serious in a Street Fighter II parody. Not very violent, but notable because of Trigger Serious' dress.

Expect at least 1 bleeped out swear word per episode. The homophobic slur "Faggot" is very prominent & uncensored in certain episodes of Version 3.

It is also noteworthy that the entirety of Version 3, Episode 2 (Bigger Boat) involves Dr. Poque trying to cover up an obscene word on the back of Horatio's newly bought boat.

There are some beer bottles in Dr, Poque's room, near Horatio's Couch/Bed and in the brawl scene in Version 2, Episode 4 and Version 3, Episode 6.

There is minimal smoking in Version 3, Episode 6., lasting less than 15 seconds.

No illicit drug use, as in no use of Heroin, Cocaine, MDMA, Marijuana, etc.

Depending on your personal tolerance for how much violence is acceptable, it is generally recommended that you be prepared for shocking and intense violence in Version 3, Episode 6, "Delaware", as it is the most violent episode in the entire series (Details in "Violence and Gore", above).
