Very strong language, in fact it is one of the most vulgar shows on television, as almost every other word heard in this series is profane. Any word that isn't TV-14 is bleeped out on the TV version, but the streaming and international prints are uncensored.

In some seasons, contestants are seen heavily drunk.

In some seasons, there are some conversations about the struggles some contestants have had in their life with drug addiction and/or alcoholism, as well as growing up in an environment with a person struggling with those issues.
