The most graphic scene is an underwater leg amputation. You see blood in the water, and later the leg is seen for a few seconds.

In an episode there is a brutal fight. Two characters beat and punch each other.

Some cursing. Hell, damn, ass, bitch, crap, screw. Common PG-13/TV-14 language.

Some drinking. A character used to be a heroin addict. They use heroin as anesthetic in an episode. We see drug dealers and some people who are almost dead because of using heroin. A family has a coca field.

This show can be quite bloody and disturbing sometimes. Surgeries and injuries are sometimes graphic. Some scenes may be emotionally intense.
