Season 1 : A very brief sex scene between two characters. This is discussed a lot afterwards. We see them both get dressed. No nudity.

A man and a woman passionately kiss in a sauna-they're in their swim wear.

There are many scenes throughout the entire show of people being shot, often at point blank range.

Season 1 :

A man is shot in the chest several times. We see his dead body numerous times. There's a lot of drama following this.

A man shoots himself in the head accidentally. We see him lying on the floor as he bleeds out and dies.

A man is shot in the stomach from a distance. We see the man with his shirt soaked with blood afterwards.

A man beats another man to death with a piece of metal in a sock. It's off screen, but after the beating we see the bloodied man.

A man is attacked by a gang of men. They hit him with baseball bats, spray him in the eyes with pepper spray and then force him into a van where he is held at gun point. There is no blood and they let the man go.

A man is shot twice in the back(on screen) and once in the chest(off screen) in front of his wife and kids. We later find out that he died.

A woman is beaten by her boyfriend. This is off screen but very intense and disturbing. We see her covered in bruises and cuts.

A man is attacked outside his house by another man with a baton. He beats him to the ground. Blood pours out of the man's mouth.

A man is punched in the face(aggressively) several times(off screen)

A man is shot several times in the back by a drive-by. We see him lie on the floor as he begins to bleed out.

Many words like "bullocks" used frequently. Especially by the main character.

The words "fuck" and "cunt" are said regularly throughout the show.

Cocaine is frequently shown being used and sold.

Alcohol is often shown being consumed and abused.

A character called Huey is constantly shown smoking, drinking and taking cocaine.

The show has two extremely graphic and disturbing rape scenes.

Domestic Violence TRIGGER WARNING: Season 1, Episode 3, about 30 min in.

The scene where a woman is abused by her husband is very intense however brief.

Main characters get killed off abruptly.

The violence is infrequent, however usually intense and quite bloody.
