Ordinary men and women in need of a helping hand have a chance to fulfill their lifelong dreams. Viewers write to the show asking for assistance with their dreams and the two presenters cover stories of hardship, benevolence and tenacity demonstrated by people living in rural areas. At the end of the show their dreams are realized.
