Red is quite fond of Wine and is shown drinking and discussing about wines in quite a few episodes. Nothing disturbing.

Occasionally people are shown drinking, mostly in the background. In some episodes drugs are shown but never taken.

The entire series has a dark gritty tone. There are also many intense seasons of crime and injury detail.
