Despite the dark nature of the show, the little violence there is tends to be, for the most part, bloodless or not graphic.

A girl runs out happily on the street and is suddenly hit by a truck. Shots of the collision are repeated alongside death metal music. Bloodless and not graphic, but it comes out of nowhere--in the first minute of the show--and could shock some viewers.

Sakura is shot, and she collapses (but as she is now a zombie, she wakes up soon after unharmed). Not graphic, and no blood.

The closest thing to a graphic scene so far: Kotaro shows his group of zombie girls clips of zombie deaths from in-universe movies to scare them into keeping them being zombies a secret. The clips are quick and go by fast, but show zombies being shot, sliced, and massacred, often showing greenish blood.

"Damn", "hell", "ass"/"dumbass", and "bitch" pop up frequently in the subtitles.

The series is about a young girl who dies in a car crash, and is brought back to life as a zombie to participate in an idol group with other zombies. The concept of her death can be disturbing to some viewers, and there are some disturbing scenes throughout the show, but the overall tone of the series is comedic and humorous for the most part, though it does get more emotional as it goes on.
