Once Upon A Time in the District

After Mika murders a man in "self-defense," her friends, Kerri and Brandy, help her hide the body. In doing so, they set in motion a crime-filled, double-cross-fueled chain of events that goes to the top of the Mayor's race if they don't get killed by gangsters and dirty cops first.
