When two teenage girls are murdered, Erin Sawyer raises suspicions about her brother, Gale Sawyer. Especially because the murders are being replicated by the Scream Movies - a movie franchise Erin knows her brother is in love with. It's only a matter of time until she finds out Gale has taken his love for the Scream Movies one step too far, turning his love into an obsession.
