In the year 2000, three North American Bruce Lee experts (John Little, James Bishop, and Andy Kimura) travel to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to give a series of unprecedented lectures on the philosophy of Bruce Lee. The lectures cover topics ranging from achieving personal greatness to bridging the cultural, political, and racial divide between people. Over the course of their visit to Ireland, the three scholars learn about the longstanding conflict in Northern Ireland and get an up-close look at how Martin O'Neill, a senior social worker in Belfast, is using Bruce Lee's martial art and philosophy to unite Protestants and Catholics in Belfast and County Armagh.
