Kira is a xenobiologist working for a big corporation until a discovery in another planet changes her life. An alien form fuses to her body giving her powers she needs to learn to control. That event gets the unwanted attention of aliens the humans didn't know existed and Kira is now faced with the prospect of being the only one able to save the universe.
