Chance Thompson, an aspiring bass guitarist is waiting for his big break. He has high hopes that it will come on his 27th birthday, in the form of an audition with his favorite band, Men on Mars. Leading up to the moment, Chance must maintain his sanity while working a job he hates, and dealing with a woman he secretly loves.
