Up! (1990)

A young homeless waif collects cans in her little red wagon to recycle to buy food to feed her family. The girl decides to go on an adventure instead, and buys a bouquet of brightly colored helium balloons, joyfully running through the park with them when she is suddenly swept up into the sky and takes flight.
