In a few photos, there are background images with disturbing depictions of fully nude, captive women being prepared for consumption by cannibals. In one particularly disturbing photo, a woman is hung upside down by her ankles with legs spread in a "V" shape. The woman is fully nude, breasts, nipples, and vaginal pubic hair are visible, while an apparent cannibal is preparing to saw/cut her in half vertically, starting at her vagina.

The film is centered around cannibalism fantasies, which may be upsetting for some viewers.

On more than one occasion, transitional footage during/between interviews contains sudden gore that leans toward the severe side of the scale. In once instance, we briefly see gruesome, bloody murders from various famous horror movies.
