A couple kisses in public once or twice.

Characters catch on fire and quickly burn into skeletons then ash

Character is impaled onto a spike while running (blood squirts, spike protrudes)

Character has severly burned skin on his back

Lots of minor scrapes and cuts with little blood

People are eaten by giant monsters (not super graphic)

Character screams while strapped into a hospital bed

Character has a seizure

Gunfights - both people and monsters are shot with sprays of blood but no wounds

There is profanity in the movie more towards then of the movie: 3 -sons of b*tches, 1 - sh*t and 1 - damnit

There is smoking, I think at the beginning of the movie. I can't remember without watching it again.

Monsters are realistic, large and frightening looking. Later in the film the werewolf style creatures are especially scary, similar to a monster wolf with huge teeth and decaying skin. Many tense and frightening scenes where humans are attacked.
