A doctor instructs others to find a container to pee into and drink their own urine. The doctor unzips his trousers in order to pee into a cup. His penis is not seen but he tells another man it's like a "boa". A painful expression comes over his face as he urinates into the cup. He then drinks the urine.

Many people are trapped beneath concrete and rubble in a collapsed building. They are seen with bruises, bloody wounds, and bloodshot eyes. One person says they have been impaled, but we do not see them. One man is smashed beneath concrete and gasping for breath.

I watched this Spanish language film with English subtitles on. Multiple uses of profanity, including fuck, motherfucker, cunt.

2 men discuss smoking cigarettes and cigars. They take cigarettes and cigars out of their pockets, but they do not have a lighter or matches, so they cannot smoke them.

The film involves many people who are trapped under a collapsed building after an Earthquake and are stuck amidst the rubble. It is not terribly intense, but if you are claustrophobic or have intense fears around natural disasters- it may be stressful for you. The characters converse intermittently, occasionally distressed and/or crying for help or in pain.
