The violence in the movie is very graphic, explicit, disturbing, and looks very real. The most graphic scene is the aftermath of a man committing suicide, half of his head is blown off, and brains and bones are shown. Many violent, graphic disturbing images throughout.

The entire film has a somber, disconcerting tone.
