Margin of Error (2018)

On the day before municipal elections a tramp wonders the streets of Sao Paulo amidst a Graffiti Party. The streets are his home; the party takes place at his house. Exited, he screams protest words taken from Glauber Rocha's movie The Age of the Earth as we hear some of his thoughts regarding democracy, institutions and society in Brazil.
